LOCATION
Playa Turquesa also known as Playa Turquesa Ocean Club is one of Bavaro, Dominican Republic’s premier ocean front communities. The community itself is situated directly between the charming fishing village of El Cortecito – awash in colorful buildings housings gift shops, bars, local restaurants and more – and the community of Los Corales. Access to the beach is excellent in Playa Turquesa – as it truly is one of very few oceanfront communities in the area, due mostly to the fact that all-inclusive resorts occupy the majority of the beachfront property here. The community of Playa Turquesa is composed of the residential section (oceanfront) and the commercial Plaza along the main street. Inside the complex there are a total of 16 buildings, with a collective total of 188 condos. Each of the condos is situated well for either prime ocean views or unparalleled views of the central courtyard and pool areas. Playa Turquesa truly gives one a resort-like experience. Apartment is located on the 4 floor and consists of 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen joint with living room and a balcony. There is a wooden stairs which bring you to the attic of the apartment and from there to the huge terrace on the rooftop equipped with jacuzzi and sunbeds. Apartments is very good furnished and equipped with the appliances, dishes, cutlery, towels, bed linen and washing machine.
